1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of fivepalmcarrentaldubai.com, our booking platform, and rental services. By accessing the website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Rental Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

  • A reservation confirmation email or message will be sent once payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Rental rates are confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or violations.

  • All taxes and fees must be paid as part of the rental agreement.

4. Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle, drivers must:

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Hold a valid driver’s license

  • Provide a copy of identification and payment information

5. Use of Vehicle

The rented vehicle must:

  • Only be driven by authorized persons listed in the contract

  • Be used lawfully and responsibly

  • Not be taken off-road or used for illegal purposes

Any misuse may lead to additional charges or immediate contract termination.

6. Damage & Liability

  • You are responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.

  • Insurance coverage details will be provided at the time of rental.

  • Any traffic fines, tolls, or violations are your responsibility.

7. Return of Vehicle

Vehicles must be returned:

  • On the agreed date and time

  • In the same condition they were rented
    Failing to do so may result in additional fees.

8. Damage Deposit

A security deposit may be held on your card and will be released once the vehicle is returned without damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate this agreement if:

  • You violate any terms

  • The vehicle is misused

  • Payment fails

Termination may result in additional charges.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dubai.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted.
